During the year and up to the date of this report a representative mix of assays including Infectious Disease, Fertility and Cardiac Care were chosen to highlight performance improvement across a range of diagnostically important segments. In addition, several particle types were selected from different manufacturers to assess AnteoBindTM compatibility across a range of supplier platforms. The objective of developing these prototype stage assays was to build a comprehensive package of validation data that would clearly highlight the improvements AnteoBindTM can deliver if incorporated in fully commercialized Lateral Flow assays. It is was also opportunity to highlight the value of AnteoBindTM activated particles as a viable input component in the development of PoC Lateral Flow assay kits. The data validation pack that was produced, using AnteoBindTM, demonstrated:
• Significant gains in limit of detection performance across all tests with better analytical sensitivity & lower limit of detection.
• Improved reproducibility of conjugate manufacturing which simplifies production and increases reliability and consistency of the test.
• Quicker test reaction time and potentially reduced sample size. • Ability to assist with faster commercialisation of opportunities allowing companies to react quickly to changes in demand and respond to pandemic disease situations.

SR, I too mirror PeterFred’s observations that are well expressed.
Whereas Management have conveyed that although 3rd party evaluations indicate Anteo have demonstrated battery performance, there is still fine tuning required to then be tested again. Now we wee an end user is sharing the testing programme. In the event of all satisfied, ramping up of an agreement would be beneficial to all.
in the POC arena, I believe the years of research provide deep resources of information and there is little development required. Kits for evaluation that feature all the attributes you highlight are available and we are informed there is a market gamechange driving Pharma in all regions. Asia was mentioned as extremely interested.
