I've got no issue with reconfirming Jack & Matt on the BOD. I've seen a shift in direction to commercialisation since they've been on the team and focusing on paths representing shortest path to revenue. I'm not worried about incremental updates every time the company farts in a general direction. Yes, I'd prefer more meaningful updates, but in the absence of considerable news, I'm ok with silence between reports. In fact, this is fairly common. I'd much rather the business be focusing on strategic partnerships and advancing the technology than keeping me up to date on this that and the other.
I do understand why some are questioning it, and totally respect challenging the resolutions, as we've definitely earned the right! I, too, have questioned each one of the resolutions. I will personally support them (with a close eye on the remuneration), but with the understanding there may not be too many more AGM votes should something very positive not happen in the next 12 months. It's a risk. Nothing's changed in 9 years.
