I have just read this notice. The performance of the company has been poor with SP at the lowest in the history of the company and negative value creation for the shareholders. Yet it is surprising that an incentive bonus of 500 000 fully paid shares is proposed to be given to the CEO as a performance bonus and directors salaries to be increased from 300 000 to 400 000. Shame on the management.
