    There are plenty of lifestyle stocks in ASX.
    Credit to RLC management for tightly running this company. Look at the cash flow statement. Compare the admin cost to other companies. Then look at management holdings. Compare it. TBH this is the only reason I didn't write off this stock. However I'd like to see some aggressive approach. Find a good project, explore, if no good get rid off it(not wasting a penny/minute if it appears less promising) and find another good one and then explore aggressively.
    A brownfield project would be better.
