Hi everyone,

As promised, the subsequent notes represent my recollections of what was discussed at the AGM yesterday.

As always, I am going to preface everything by saying absolutely clearly from the get-go: I am not a spokesperson for the company nor do I get any preferential treatment or inside track to the management. Like most of you here, I am just an ordinary retail shareholder with a personal interest in Alcidion.

I may come across as biased, but I do sincerely have a strong conviction about Alcidion’s prospects and confidence in the management (particularly with Kate being our captain steering the ship). Time will tell if I am right or a fool…

Again, I want to commend Alcidion for being so open to an ordinary shareholder like myself. Particularly when there were only two attendees! Kudos to Kate, Rebecca, Duncan, Malcolm and etc for acknowledging my presence and taking the time and effort to engage with me. Big thanks also to Kyahn for informing the company beforehand of my attendance and making sure I get some time before and after the AGM to engage with the management and directors.

In my view, the level of stakeholder engagement (for example, quality of presentations, ASX announcements and responsiveness to shareholder queries) has improved significantly since WE Buchan came onboard.
