LAC management team has be more prudent against dilution (ie. they avoided CR for the acquisition) hence I trust them with managing the issues of options & shares as performance rewards.  Just hope they put appropriate business milestones for "a maximum of 40,283,556 Shares available to be issued in respect of grants of Awards under the Plan".


Just scanned through the reviews on Glassdoor, only 3 reviews, hardly enough to form any view about the culture.  No/low pay rise has been the on-going & highlighted issue in Australia.
