From what I read here, they have no intention to issue any Equity Securities to Directors under the Alcidion Group Limited Equity Incentive Plan. The equity incentive plan are mostly for full time or part time employee or non-executive director of the Company or an associated body corporate, I have read a few current/former employees reviews on Glassdoor website, the common feedback that I saw was the management were a bit harsh on their employees. Since then they have hired a new people and performance manager, with the introduction of new employees equity incentive plan, I do believe they are heading into the right direction to retain skilled employees.
