Hello all – we have noticed the discussion regarding the Alcidion Group Limited Equity Incentive Plan on this thread over the past few days. The plan has been established to incentivise and reward high performing staff working in the business (it is not intended for this to be a mechanism to offer shares for Directors or Key Management Personnel). We believe it is in the interests of the company and shareholders to have staff appropriately incentivised and aligned with shareholders. It also enables us to offer a more attractive remuneration package, that rewards high performance, and as an attraction and retention tool. Furthermore, no new shares will be issued as a result of this plan during the current financial year, and the issue of any new shares to existing employees in the next financial year will be dependent upon the individual’s performance in this current financial year​
