In the case of sales, remuneration is negotiated on a case by case basis. In regards to KPI's, this will also vary as territories change and depend how the sales manger decides to split the numbers he / she is required to achieve.
I guess what I am saying is that they cant publish what they dont know, I dont think the lack of information is in anyway an intentional lack of detail.
