Suess BOD may get their way at this meeting but I don't think it will be the end of it.

To change the meeting location is not that easy, an already booked venue costs, also there would if as you infer change to the location people at the venue would have to direct shareholders to the new venue so the time start to the meeting would have to be delayed so as to allow this. If not meeting is invalid.
