Hard to believe that the Directors of PDF have not learn't by their previous involvements with the likes of Morgan and Landau. The ASIC investigation into their dealings with them and ICBC. But yet they have an associate as a major shareholder in the company, an advisor to the company and his $2 company as a guarantor of the $150 million bond raising.

Quite understandable why genuine shareholders have had enough of their BOD's management of their hard earned.
