No new Convertible notes since the notice of meeting means no one is buying votes for this AGM, a popular step for nervous boards. The snake pipe is not working apparently.
Also if the board had funding for a project they would likely have announced it before all the proxy votes are in. I suggest that there are many verbal statements of positive future developments being told to their related parties and close associates RIGHT NOW with a rider that we can`t make an announcement until......something really minor is completed...

Why can`t we have a credible and effective board running this company and increasing our investments instead of the share spiral downwards that is the norm with this board.
If you are sending in a proxy form, think about just how many shareholders have stopped believing in this boards snake oil and are voting against all resolutions.
As the saying goes at the poker table, if you can`t tell who the mug is sitting at the table then it is you.
