If all goes as planned by the BOD I do not believe that it will end as easily as they have planned. The amount of dissatisfied shareholders in this company has and is increasing daily, and there are many other avenues available to shareholders if they are unsuccessful at the AGM
There is so much documented evidence of what has and is going on within this company shareholders are taking a stance. There are many that have been contacted directly by management portraying mistruths about dissatisfied shareholders and those non shareholders who have dedicated their time to turn this company into a company to be proud of. When some have question the shareholder action group and been given factual documented evidence they have found all is not as portrayed by the BOD.

Maybe so and fully correct. But this stocks past few months history/theme is the results of the meeting will be the decider going forward. I think if the board are worried they would have done something by now. Is what i believe.
