This company thread does have some informed posters. I may have been a little harsh on Suess previously.

Certainly the first step is to correctly identify the jurisdiction which Amused Observer outlines and also do the deep research which Dixie outlines.

Every entity has its own board, characteristics and shareholders so there is no set template to achieve change wether that includes a board spill or just a change of company direction.

It is worthy to keep in mind that what the shareholders are aiming for here is to get the company back trading on the ASX. Every angle to achieve that aim will be explored and I do realise the one thing in life that cannot be beaten is time.

Shareholders do have an upcoming AGM where they can have their voice heard and vote recorded and I encourage them to do so.
One one thing that is not coming through threads here is support for the current board now a previous director (who attempted to disguise as a dairy farmer) appears to be now a previous poster. Maybe he realises that the jig will be up for all the hidden events within the company at some point.
The directors are all small business owners and the Agricultural industry is an insular one.
