Mr Egan is also up for re election after stepping up after the resignation of Mr Kelly on 20/10 2017 `To pursue business interests that would have potentially caused a conflict of interest with remaining on the board`according to the chairman. Judging by Mr kelly`s lastest post on HC that does extent to providing shareholding advice of the simplistic nature of the proxy form (see Catalo....)
May I suggest that all Directors of PDF should have some knowledge in the depth of evidence that can be brought forward on them to a court or ASIC which may include HC posts if required, but in reality there are much more serious acts to address. Items that may be considered more serious are anyone using PDF to pay for their travel expenses or fertilizer.
