Calling management of PDF Cowboys may be a little light Dixie chick.
When I undertake research I first make an estimate of the type of person I am dealing with.
In Mr Ray Taylor's case this paid a real dividend unlike any of the companies he has been envolved with and they number over 30!! The number of companies wound up forcably by a court order is disgraceful and a blight on ASIC. Why haven't they taken action!!!
A THROUGH credit check of Mr Taylor shows the manner of the man. He has a file of his company directorships and shareholdings under five (5) yes that's five different files. He has filed his business documents without disclosing his birth date or state, his birth date as 26/3/1947 and born in Victoria, his birth date as 26/4/1947 and born in Vic, his birth date as 4/2/1947 and born in Sydney. It just so happens all these Ray Taylor's live at the same address. Forgetting your age is one thing but filing serious business documents under five different methods goes to deliberate deception.
I am also advised by 2 different sources that the 72 year old Mr Taylor has been ill and thus unable to attend meetings. Whether this is true or he is choosing not to attend, you have to ask yourself if you are a shareholder in PDF if this type of person is any use to a company trying to raise a $150 million dollar bond or is it some of the reason why after 3 years of trying the company has to go back to shareholders in ever decreasing circles and share price offers because it is unable to raise serious funds.
PDF for all intends and purposes has a dysfunctional board..
The 1 cent issue announced only in the AGM notice is being after the fact and just shows the nature of current management. This type of secretive merry go round is either doomed or insider trading.
I deal in facts. If you wish to receive a copy of Mr Taylors credit file of directorships and shareholdings to confirm what I have stated above is correct and that it is on the public record just send an email to [email protected] and request a copy and I will send it to you..
