If one was not aware of the history with this company the current AGM and proposed resolutions would appear "prima facie" to be just business as usual with a bit of a catch-up of payment and shares being issued in lieu.
However, dig a little deeper (as some here have done) and you realise all is not what it seems on the surface and the proposed resolutions proffer a control grab of desperation with a burning desire to remove historical truths from seeing the light of day.
Fascinating stuff, even Sir Arthur Conan Doyle could find enough twists, turns and skullduggery to appeal might be enough for him to do a story on it. If not him then maybe Fairfax media would be interested instead. And to think I thought the NWT saga was interesting...
