I've been in contact with Chris on a number of occasions and have come to pretty much the same conclusions that doyle has.

I agree that there is glimmer of hope, but I suspect that unless we existing shareholders are given the chance to participate in any future capital raising(s), we will most likely be heavily diluted.

After being burned so badly by Tommy et al to date, would existing TNP shareholders want to do anything other than just get their money back and then run for the hills is the question I guess.
