Agree with the points you made, with a couple of minor variations. Paul did the deal with BSP, but couldn't have known that things would have turned out the way they have. BSP were doing very well as a company at the time. Yes he left, but his position was untenable and he persevered longer than he wanted too in order to try and keep things moving for share holders (please note: I don't know Paul personally).
I agree with your other points. We will all be diluted here and I will be unlikely to participate in any raising while BSP are still involved with such a large stake. The only way I can see this getting anywhere is if BSP are off the register and removed from the board.
