    Should I be happy with all these proposals ?.

    Significant Dilution of my holdings
    Issue of further shares to Directors whilst being paid $500k each
    Issue of Shares to CPH and their Crew at 0.008c per share with Free attaching Option at 1.5c, maybe existing shareholders would have been interested in being offered that deal.
