the SPP is likely to raise zero with the share price below 6c. That means a further $8.5m cap raising is required (and not to mention RCF shares of US$5m are issued at the lowest price of the two cap raisings). So it could be $15m cap raising at 5c or below if they can't get some news flow happening.
