They have valued the shares at $0..001. Last price listed $0.003 cents but this was after they stuffed up the Wintergarden issue.
Maybe we let Okewood have the debt with Wintergarden in exchange for the convertible notes of $350k.
The directors have acted incompetently in not being aware of the liquidation in the UK and they want us to thank them and give them another chance.
None of these people standing have substantial holdings in this company.
I think we should contact the top 20 shareholders and get them to vote against the Resolutions as they hold 43% of the company to stop this rort. If all the small fish on HC voted No we would probably get it over the line.
