Not down ramping, just pointing out. Page 14 of Ann for proxy, paving way for another 400mill plus shares that can be issued without holders concent..
I thought in the years past they were trying to sell there half of Ashford, but no buyers..maybe I'm wrong.
Another director. Guess he is also going to be paid 36k for just attending 2 meetings per year.
Still 2 full time employees..
