You may be right, I simply don't know if an affiliate of MB or if MB will make a move. I don't have any proof.

I do know this as a certainty, the BOD were VERY keen to accept the MB SOA offer, in fact they did so with great alacrity.

MB wanted the CTP assets, and unless I am mistaken more than likely still do, so why wouldn't they now make a move at a time when they have a greater voting power than they did back in June and an extra $25 Mil in the bank.

To my way of thinking its a no brainer, why wait until any drilling which is possibly going to send the price north when they can buy the company today (ie very shortly) and still drill after they gain control.

No doubt the BOD is telling MB everything they need to know about the drilling program.

Sorry but I think your living in dreamland if you think MB are going to offer nay more than 20 cents, IT all depends on if they can get past the 75% on the next occasion, I suspect they will be able to.

And then all those LT holders will only get a small percentage of their original investment back.

AS for MB selling at a loss, I think you need to look closer I understand that they sold the shares to a affiliate, in other words still under the control of MB
