Yes they did, there is no addition, it was part of a larger Performance issue that share holders approved as I stated, the amounts are all there in both AGM notices, so its not new or doubling up or any other way you guys want to put it - pg14 -
"The maximum number of securities that may be acquired by Mr Craig Munro under Resolution 6 is 20,000,000.
