Hi all..., Resolution 3 (clause 35), up for review upon 3 years via vote at AGM.
Interested in other holders thought and ideas on this formality vote.
Mine.., not too fond of ‘off line trading’.
Also, public awareness now (presentation), that the MC is well undervalued.
Some positives, primarily when a large stakeholders sells down (SP diminish) on market verses selling off line. Of course, this can be beneficial to others averaging down and/or accumulating stock.
