I agree with you the base remuneration is more than enough, in fact half of it would be more than enough for a company of this size.

I’m glad I reduced my exposure to this company last year after the BS capital raising that came out of the blue.

I actually wonder what the true return on each dollar spent on sales and marketing was after adjusting for business as usual ramp up?

Anyway I’ll be voting NO on this.
