I think we are over the low point now. Interest rates are steady, there are signs the property market is
starting to come back, Ibuynew has an ever growing supply of property that it can sell across Australia.
We are now well into a new financial year and so the savings that were factored in for this year $700k
would now be starting to emerge and will should improve as the year progresses. I'm really pleased
with the level of quality of Apartments that we have to sell. For example selling in locations like KEW
and Armadale in Melbourne is the exact right point that Ibuynew needs to be at.
High premium suburbs, premium apartments at good high prices, Only augurs well for Ibuynew. I'm
looking forward to really big returns over the next 12 months as IBN gets its savings and sells more and
more apartments. A clear buy at 0.004 for me. Anything up to 1c probably leaves a lot of room for gains
especially for someone like me who reckons 3.5 to 4 cents is what this thing could get too.
