the two biggest s/h can carry the day.
I suspect it is they who want the Buyback.
(even though the Board has recommended s/h vote against the Buyback)
I suspect that these two big Insto s/h will vote for the bonuses.
we s/h should send another message to the Board - stop feeding at the trough, and get YOW to cash flow positive, and Net profit, then ask for performance shares.
