Bongo, fair question. Unfortunately there has been no noticeable support to further pressure the Board to wind up this lazy and ineffective company and the liquidator distribute what’s left to long suffering shareholders before its spent on admin costs. I’m in the Eastern States and unable to front the company.
I agree that shareholder activism is the only way to change this company’s intransigence, however, too few seemed prepared to join the protest, let alone a ‘posse’.
Other than a costly legal challenge to wind up this fallen star or move on the grounds of oppression of minority interests, we seem destined to more of the past decade of awaiting the company changing event we read the Board is looking for in every quarterly and annual report. It’s a complete nonsense. The Energy Metals deal is too long ago to have any compensatory relevance a decade later.
Anyone out there who has lost patience and is prepared to seriously rattle the cage?
