No way should they be getting this amount of options as incentives and especially at those prices. Nothing bellow 50c with a 12 month period. Isn't it about time our SP be closer to the $1 mark then at 0.30 ?

I Have been in touch with a few of the top shareholders and they are vigorously against both ideas.

Until we are making money why should they ?
At the end of the day this is not a boys club and we are not talking about "chicken feed". Why would we vote to dilute our selfs when us shareholders are not making $$

As you know I am more a fundamental research driven investor so I need to here things like this so as to help make some decisions. I can probably push about 1.2 million votes towards something if we can all agree upon as LT holders wanting the best direction for the company.
