Hi all, it is my opinion that Mick Billing should not remain on the board, he has been there the longest and has not produced over the last 3 years i know that a significant amount of the top 20 will be opposing his re appointment to the board. What is his purpose ? we already have a CFO. Chairman is touted as also having an accounting background as well.
As for rewarding director's. They have already increased there salary by nearly 50% from 2016-1017
No way should they be getting this amount of options as incentives and especially at those prices. Nothing bellow 50c with a 12 month period. Isn't it about time our SP be closer to the $1 mark then at 0.30 ?
I Have been in touch with a few of the top shareholders and they are vigorously against both ideas.
Until we are making money why should they ?
At the end of the day this is not a boys club and we are not talking about "chicken feed". Why would we vote to dilute our selfs when us shareholders are not making $$
Looking forward to hearing everyone thoughts ..
