At least us poor shareholders would all be seeing some nice unrealised profits at those levels. Geez we were at 40c this time last year or thereabouts. I agree that SM should be rewarded as his salary seems on the low side for an MD and he is doing a good job at helm and it would good to keep him locked to the role with the some incentive options but these levels need to be adjusted. I am inclined to vote "no" as well (+-500k). Strike price is far too low. Should be close to $1 for a 3 year term.
