Thanks for the posters on this topic so far. I am glad we are discussing this. I was a little shocked with the proposed bonus options, the amount was one thing but the strike price is ridiculous. I have much higher expectations for SAU than 40-50c. This is a pure gift, plain and simple. $1 would more reasonable as someone else mentioned. At least us poor shareholders would all be seeing some nice unrealised profits at those levels. Geez we were at 40c this time last year or thereabouts. I agree that SM should be rewarded as his salary seems on the low side for an MD and he is doing a good job at helm and it would good to keep him locked to the role with the some incentive options but these levels need to be adjusted. I can add around 700k shares to the no vote. Good luck all. Cheers
