What you're saying is that currently, institutional and smart money holds an amount which you think will be sold out when the stock goes higher(possibly moved by themselves) and have their capital ready for the cheapaer stocks @ 10c from IPO/CR ?
Could possibly be that way as well or they could just hold off till relisting and sell it off then.
Either way, it's going to have a huge interest to everyone.
