Because if say institutions and wholesale clients have exposure of 1,000,0000 POK shares. They have secured the POK CR shares for 1,000,000, as they would being a big large client. Then they need to exit their current holdings. The market will pump POK just as AZK as example did so that they can exit.
It is also customary to keep the price high so as to maintain interest.
