Just thinking out load why they wouldnt pump POK so much higher to 1. Allow the bigger boys to exit all of their existing holdings as they would have secured their portion of the CR. 2. Setup at higher prices to attract interest and maintain higher prices for stagging after. 3. If existing options are exercised thats a plus for POk as it generates more funds.
