    I would love to know how many small investors are out there.they probably are stretching finances to bundle up enough cash to purchase $15000 worth if they can be all allocated. selling some now and buying back at 10c might be looking beneficial but risky. better to have a bird in hand rather than 2 in bush as the saying goes.
