Free, One of the more interesting things I noted from the AGM pdf (page 72) is the breakdown of the performance shares, due end of 2017.

Of the 100 million available, Buddy founder and Twitter aficionado stands to collect %66.5 - THE LIONS SHARE of the performance shares. So being the founder, is it too much to assume he also owns a large percent of Buddy... and if so will be a stable owner on the share registry - far beyond the 2 year escrow period WHEN THE 500 MILLION CONSIDERATION SHARES (AGM pdf page 31) CANNOT BE SOLD - WHICH DAVE MUST SURELY HAVE A NICE CHUNK OF?

But what of those next 2 years? Well - the information flow has already started to tell us what to expect, which has already started to take place - ie: NEW CUSTOMERS:

Freehold, I think I may have got a little off track - apologies.

On your point on dilution - I think, providing there is plenty of news over the next 2 years (propelled by the forthcoming explosion in the Iot space and the good management//networking Buddy has - and Dave's appetite for social media which I expect him to continue, albeit more officially), dilution may not be the issue the numbers imply.

PS - you know what I also like about Buddy... It's already up and running!
