Well the real question is what will happen upon relisting with all share issued:-

1. Will share price Race ahead to an even higher MCap ie is it worth a quarter of billion @ 0.26c?
2. Will those getting issued at 10c sell on open an stag profit (Example 12.5c open would return 25% instant profit)
3. Will those getting shares for free Sell and stag a massive profit

All comes down to what you think the company is worth based on current revenue and future revenue and how far out the big $$$ in revenue will be earned if at all.
