Hi All
A bit concerned about how easy it is to achieve performance loans for the exec, 5-7.5%+ CAGR is not that hard a target to meet over the time periods. They are getting over $1million extra in bonus.
Other companies I invest in have at least 15% CAGR benchmark for $1million and above over 2-3 years. Believe it needs to be adjusted upwards.
What do you guys think? I am thinking of voting against resolutions.
