All LT shareholders that intend to vote at the AGM need to get their votes in by Tuesday 25th.
Even though Long Termers are now a minority they need to stand up for their shareholder rights and even new and free shareholders need to take a long hard look at the state of our company and make a good hard assessment of where we are now.
To vote NO to the director nominations rids the company of a director who was on watch when this debacle eventuated, the other director is a relative of CU2 head honcho.
To vote NO to increase of issuing up to 25% of shares per annum without shareholder approval, this vote lessens the amount shareholders can be diluted.
We have all been led down a path of promises and announcements of how things were progressing which to date have been pie in the sky assumptions to suck us in.
Get new directors in place, cut management costs, get the project making revenue or get new projects making revenue from the start into the stable.
Time to stand up and be counted CU2, after 10 years in the making is it not time you should be self supporting and returning vale to shareholders.
Vote NO or AGAINST all resolutions at the AGM and protect what little investment we the shareholders still have in MOT.
