Cubism - unlikely that the other 2 board members would look to replace Frank. DYOR. Frank and Bruce were both executives/shareholders in a investment company called Five Ways Group. Five Ways website (now taken down) said Frank was "seconded" to ORD back in 2009 when they were one of the top shareholders. There is more information on HC about this . The AGM notice is great comedic value, but given past shareholder apathy, plus the new large shareholders (whom I suspect were introduced via the new director) I would expect the consolidation, name change and worst of all the additional, massive, interest free, no recourse loans to gift the directors more shares all to pass. Then after consolidation, more CRs. No matter how bad the mgt performance, given the tight control now by major shareholders, and the shareholder "bloc" led by Bruce - I can't see any upside for small shareholders - I have written off funds put in here
Five Ways Group - Bruce McInnes. Bruce McInnes. Executive Chairman . Bruce is a founder and Executive Chairman of Five Ways Group (“FW Group”).

quote "Frank Zhu is a founder and Head of Corporate Finance in Five Ways Group (?FW Group?). FW Group is a privately owned and operated investment group that focuses on strategic advisory, capital raising, principal investment and funds management.
FW Group is a top 5 shareholder in Ord River Resources Limited (ASX: ORD). FW Group is actively engaged in a multi-million dollar timber mill restructure in regional NSW and promoting a multi-million dollar coal project in Africa for a potential IPO on ASX. FW Group is currently raising a private investment fund to invest in its large pipeline of attractive corporate and project deals.
Frank was instrumental in ORD?s successful involvement in the publicly announced A$500million acquisition of Caledon Resources plc. Frank devised the Option Agreement that enabled ORD to have a risk free exposure to Caledon?s upside post acquisition by ORD?s Chinese partner. ORD is now developing a US$500m bauxite project in Laos, an A$10m copper project in Western Australia and two A$5m gold projects in Northern Territory and New South Wales.
Frank counts Hr. Bob Hawke and Hr. Paul Keating among his friends and mentors. Bob Hawke was introduced by Frank to ORD and became an advisor to ORD in 2010.
We are in the process of promoting an A$10million+ coal project in Africa for a potential IPO on ASX" end quote
