once the capital return is finalised and returned to shareholders, there should be $4 mil + left in the company give the favourable movement in the AUD/USD exchange rate since the deal was signed with some additional assets so the share price should be about 3-4c on cash backing alone.
the risk i see is the purchaser defaulting or some other left field consideration otherwise this is a no brainer at 15c IMO
