Announcement today re issuing of millions of shares, and this AGM notice is again asking for approval of the issuing of millions of more shares.
GA who has resigned from the company received shares in todays notice and in the AGM notice there is an extra 20million share allocation being requested.
Other directors allocation requests are less than half, WHY so many for GA.
Also how many $$$'s are some of these people receiving in consulting fees as well.
