wow..since when was there a free option at 1c attached to the convertible notes????? the MD stooping to a new low. Cant believe the ASX lets this happen, they are related parties to the company. They are also looking to approve another $950k on the same terms.
Dicko, here is what you are up against.
Current shares on issue: c.160m
If licenses are renewed with the month there will be 50m shares plus 50m options issued. If not then 166m shares and 166m options issued and thats just on Tranche 1.
The only people going to make any money out of this is CPS securities. How about offering retail holders the same terms.
