I like Res 4: Increase maximum remuneration for non-execs from $60k to $250k per year starting 1 Jan 2013

Even after the 20:1 TNR SP will be back to these lows.

I sold majority of my shares for a loss back in the CFR days and held 100k just for the heck of it and pot luck.

This is yet another sad case of a money tree.
