The directors and shareholders need to have a good think about what they want for the company.

Do they want to keep on experiencing dilution, high expenditure and no income production in the near term. Or do they want shareholder value and income production.

Long term shareholders have been taken from one disaster to another. All the changes in direction have been good projects, but for some reason have gone pear shape and gone by the wayside. Amazingly these projects since leaving the MOT umbrella have gone on to be excellent businesses, WHY?

Any company needs a board and management fully experienced in the field that they are in for it to function succesfully.
