    Shareholders beware.

    Read these resolutions very carefully.

    If you vote yes you have signed our company to the pie in the sky Cyprus deal.

    We need new directors who can run a profitable company and get the company to return value to all shareholders.

    Vote NO to all resolutions, and save our company.

    If you can not attend the meeting then give your proxies to the people who care about the shareholders, and not their own pockets.
