re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Fact that Camec is dumping out pre-drill result is a bad sign, esp as drill result is due before AGM. Shows they think the project is a dud, the drill will find nothing and they think shareholders will knock back the 10m share issue when that is apparent so they are taking their money and running? That is what it looks like. Otherwise why would they not hold for higher prices?
Surprising there is no covenant over the shares at least until they are approved but I guess that takes a different kind of management style.
